Aerobic:
What is and what is it?

The aerobic exercise increases your heart rate between 60% and 80% of its maximum, depending on their age. The maximum rate is about 220 times per minute minus your age). Aerobics improves the heart's circulation and lowers the normal pulse rate when you are resting. It is also known to lower cholesterol levels and cardiovascular risk. However, before starting an aerobics program or any exercise program you should consult a physician. It is important to drink water before, during and after aerobic exercise time. The most popular are aerobics, jogging, biking, sessions aerobics, walking, skiing and dance classes at a significant pace.
